Background

The aim of our school is to care for the quality of the education process, to constantly raise its level and to optimize the conditions in which students acquire theoretical and practical knowledge. During 140 hours of practice in the cycle education in Poland, there is no European dimension, such as skills training using a foreign language in the workplace or coping in a culturally foreign environment and resulting from this possible problematic situations. There is also no aspect related to intercultural sensitivity, or flexible look at labor markets in the European dimension. At the present time, frequent labor migration of the above-mentioned learning components are very important. The proposed project meets these requirements. Internship in a foreign country as part of the educational mobility project optimizes the professional experience of students, it also adds value to the compulsory apprenticeship process of technical high school students by lifting the quality of education within individual fields of study, gives the opportunity to deepen theoretical knowledge in real working conditions, teaches the right attitude to the workplace, superiors and colleagues in intercultural and foreign-language conditions.
