The main purpose of this project was the participants’ development, professional and linguistic upskillig, the improvement of education as well as the students’ preparation before entering local and European labour market. The teachers’ mobility aimed at recognition of new methods of work and new solutions in professional education together with the development of linguistic competences and the implementation of foreign language during the educational process within vacational courses. One of the important aims of the project was to confront the trainees with the actual working conditions in the international environment and to let them obtain social and communicative competences. The goal was to promote the European values, mobility, flexible employment forms, enterprenership and the constant professional development. The project included the adjustment of the professional training to meet the needs of the European labour market. Moreover, the objective of the project was to promote and popularise the action’s activities in the school environment as well as the local, national and European market. In addition, it aimed at boosting its participants to constantly develop proffesional, linguistic and interpersonal skills.
Needs analysis carried out among students and teachers was the main reason for applying for thenext project implementation. The project „Mobile School” assumed the mobility of students and teachers according to the formulated strategy of internationalization in CKZiU, Sosnowiec. This strategy of internationalization in CKZiU is concentrated on the quality of education, the diversity of programmes supporting the students’ development, the systematic analysis of the labour market needs, the synchronisation with the work environment and the creation of new development opportunities. All of the above mentioned together with the adjustment to the changing social and economic conditions serves to develop new tools and methods of work thanks to the implementation of experience gained abroad.
