Sustainable development, biodiversity and vocational training should serve to educate young people, who are conscious citizens not only of their own country, but also of the wider EU community. Caring for the natural environment, while implementing the idea of sustainable development, is our common task, which required close cooperation between the partners, consisting of the transfer of knowledge, experience and skills related to the education of children, youth and adults. Through the implementation of the project, the coordinator and partners wanted to gain practical and theoretical knowledge in the field of promoting the idea of sustainable development and care for the natural environment as a part of multifunctional forest management in such a way, that it could be passed on to others, and thus raise the level of teaching in the field of education about nature and forestry to the European level. Therefore, it was necessary to support educators in the process of transferring knowledge in this field through mutual exchange of knowledge and experience, and then creating a workshop enabling the transfer of the acquired knowledge to all those interested in the issues of supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
