Therefore, the objectives of the project were to enhance motivation by introducing technological innovation and new pedagogical strategies with ICT in the teaching-learning process, capable of reducing indiscipline in the classroom, school failure and dropout.
The project's topic, Teacher of the digital age, met a training need of the School Center AEJAC, in quest of innovative teaching and learning strategies more effective in reducing school dropout, improving motivation and fighting students’ indiscipline.
