With this project we intended to: Create new environments conducive to learning, making classes more motivating, innovative and creative; learn new teaching methodologies and strategies; acquire new skills in terms of technologies; acquire greater fluency in foreign languages; gain more experience in terms of European mobility; acquire new methodologies in the area of inclusion; promote training to our team of teachers and attend training courses in different countries that allow the acquisition and development of new resources, knowledge and skills at a technological, linguistic, historical, cultural and pedagogical level.
Our objective by submitting this project was to start our experience with the Erasmus Project, forming a teaching and non-teaching personal in order to eliminate some gaps that we detected in our Educational Project. Our school location is in an outermost region, with children from a disadvantaged background. As teachers we feel the need to broaden our horizons and elevate this institution to a European level school. Our aim was to acquire new skills in the area of languages, to improve communication with foreign education students and teachers, in order to diversify our strategies and activities and acquire new teaching and learning strategies.
