We apply to empower teachers with new knowledge, allowing them contact with other realities so that they can apply their knowledge in our school and with our students and other teachers.
The main goal was to make the lessons more attractive and to meet the students' interests, since we are in an environment where students leave school when they reach the age of majority, regardless of the school year they attend.
