As a General Objective: To connect AECCB with European education and training networks and to promote organisational development in the national and international context, with a reflection on improving student outcomes and promoting equitable learning opportunities, which corresponded to one of the goals of the Educational project: "to increase the number of initiatives carried out, as well as the number of participants involved, in national and international experiences and projects". As Specific Objectives: To respond to the challenges of global citizenship, to the expectations of the Camillian community, to the ambition of wanting more and better, namely by creating broader perspectives for students (3857 students/439 staff), which is only possible with the impetus of international activities, in the light of the Erasmus+ programme. To train staff, within the scope of global citizenship, with innovative pedagogical practices, with diversified and technologically progressive material resources, with the development of transnational projects involving the promotion of European citizenship based on the use of multilingual, inclusive, collaborative and evaluative skills; To train cadres, within the scope of global citizenship, with innovative pedagogical practices, with resources for innovative, diverse and progressive environments empowering the students' abilities, from pre-school to professional education, involving professional and artistic education; To connect the Vision of the Educational Project of AECCB "To consolidate, through the collective effort of all the educational actors, the merit and the status of a school that makes a difference in education - in the academic dimension - in the human dimension - in the creative and innovative dimension, pursuing an ideal that seeks to make compatible with life in society, consolidating itself in the promotion of a globalizing education", with the other structuring documents, Strategic Action Plan, Improvement Plan, Plan for the Promotion of School Success, Annual Plan of Activities, in the guarantee of success for all; To take the opportunity to know through collaborative and multicultural experiences the similarities to the Portuguese reality (DL 54 and 55) and bring new approaches corresponding to curricular flexibility, areas of curricular autonomy and Inclusive Education.
With this project, the second project of the AECCB AK101, of mobility of educational staff of school education, for learning purposes, arose by the motivation, enthusiasm and demand of the staff in wanting to become more involved in the training component allied to the needs of the EA expressed in the vision of the Educational Project of the Grouping: "To consolidate, through the collective effort of all the educational actors, the merit and status of the School that makes a difference in education, in the academic, human, creative and innovative dimensions, pursuing an ideal that seeks to make it compatible with life in society, based on the promotion of a globalizing education", incorporating ambitions at national level and in accordance with international norms and guidelines. We therefore aimed to engage in a process of staff training, key elements for the quality of education, which would enhance their professional development with a multiplying and transforming effect on the activity developed by the school in the resolution of its challenges, providing them with new tools to respond to the needs and potentialities of the students. We have always taken into consideration a qualified educational response to improve the internal levels of preparation and confidence to respond with efficiency and quality to the global challenges of the 21st century, to the strategies and purposes of deepening the European project defined by the European Union and its European development plan. The intentionality of giving continuity to the projection of AECCB in the international context was a focus for the added value for all those who assume positions in the school organization, teaching staff, non-teaching staff and students, as the main actors of the whole school process. Thus, we used to focus on Inclusive, Multicultural, Digital and Multilingual concepts and skills in staff training, opening horizons corresponding to the strategic vision of AECCB which is oriented towards the quality of learning; the improvement of the school environment where the multiplicity of "multiple and international learning" leads an entire educational community to a living environment of "unity in diversity"; the organization and allocation of material resources with the deepening of knowledge in digital resources; in curricular and pedagogical innovation; in the results for equity, inclusion and excellence of students. To this end, we addressed training in key areas, all allied to collaborative work and AFC: assessment, school libraries; management of emotions; teaching strategies and professional empowerment and inclusion. Thirteen mobilities were involved in four courses and three jobshadowings.
