Our school reality encompasses different aspects that need to be improved and many of them are related to teaching, namely, improving the quality of training with an adjustment of the training offer to teachers, cooperative work between teachers and experts and even the need for new and better material and human resources to meet students’ expectations and needs. With these mobilities, we intend to provide teachers with innovative strategies than enhance students’ motivation for greater participation in the activities proposed in the context of the classroom, projects and extracurricular activities. Enriched with new skills and allowing an improvement in their language and communication skills, they also enrich their professional and personal experience. This project had, as its main purposes, the visualization / participation in activities of a pedagogical nature – cultural, conception, research, systematization and later the production of diversified materials, of an artistic-educational nature, to allow establishing relationships between the syllabus contents of the various subjects that make up the school curriculum.
AEVT’s Educational Project: 1 – To improve results across the different levels of education and teaching at AEVT (Vale do Tamel Schools Grouping); 2 – Improve the educational service provision of the Grouping and the positive impact produced in the improvement of students’ learning in the provision of service to the community; 3 – Development of effective management and leadership strategies. This project was a challenge for everyone insofar as it sought to cover all subjects’ groups, seeking to establish a bridge between the world of Expressions and the curricular programs of the various cycles and the contribution of the Arts to educational success. Generally, teachers see the idea of academic success associated with the academic performance of students, when the success obtained and the progression of students, through the levels / classifications / awards, meet the standards of academic excellence. With this application, we intended to create conditions for a balance between knowledge, understanding, creativity and a critical sense, making students more capable and leading them to develop a taste for School.
