Identifying the weaknesses of the grouping, our project defined the following objectives: - Develop language skills, allowing teachers to enhance their English language proficiency through mobility experiences, become familiar with different cultures and traditions, and develop an open and tolerant mindset; - Participate in a project that promotes internationalization, establishing partnerships and fostering a global perspective among teachers; - Acquire knowledge about current trends in information technology for education and the best practices adopted in different countries, mainly in terms of resources that promote inclusion; -Develop communication and collaborative work skills in a multicultural environment; -Provide teachers with information that enables them to make informed and secure pedagogical decisions, whether in terms teaching methods, responsible use of technological resources or current knowledge in neuroscience, to create a more dynamic, inclusive, motivating, creative project-based classroom that serves as a rehearsal for living in society.
Taking into account that School, in its broader concept and our restricted grouping, aim for “comprehensive education for all” and that this can only be achieved through “adequate training”, the application aimed to ultimately participate in a project that allows teachers access to new teaching and learning methods, in an environment based on the exchange of experiences with other educational institutions, learning from the best European practices, establishing partnerships, from a global perspective.
