The main objective of this project was the deepening and development of personal and professional skills in teachers who are promoters: – the implementation of strategies for increasing employee involvement; – active involvement in reflection groups around pedagogical themes; – building inclusive pedagogical practices; – participation in professional training in organizations in other countries; – the sharing of what is done in its Organic Unit, recognizing the path taken so far.
The candidacy for this project is related to the interest in learning from other realities that we had already established a first contact with and we would like to deepen our knowledge about ways of doing things.
