The Agrupamento de Escolas de Frazão, Paços de Ferreira applied for this project in order to improve its organisation, improve the functioning of its structure and improve the provision of educational services to the community in which it operates. To achieve this, it identified priority areas for intervention, with a view to improving leadership and management, improving the organisation, the quality of the service provided, the professional development of its staff and improving the learning and academic and social results of the students, seeking to create a positive and transformational impact on the community in general and the educational community in particular. Working from a perspective of continuous improvement, we aim to achieve levels of educational success, inclusion, personal and professional development and organisational development, increasing the organisation's internal and external recognition and raising the quality of the work carried out. In order to evolve as an organisation, it is necessary to go through a broader transformational process, involving the surrounding community, so that practices, methodologies and decision-making processes change, through collective sharing and strong community involvement.
