The development of this project aims at improving the skills and training of professionals to actively participate in the process of transforming and modernizing the school, with the development of inclusive and more effective practices for the success of student learning and for the development of active and risponsible citizenship. The development of the 3 areas defined to be developed to achive the the objectives and goals: • European Citizenship - Inclusion, diversity, intercultural dialogue, internationalization. • Active learning methodologies – active student participation in learning, organization, autonomy and curriculum flexibility. • School environment – collaboration, teamwork, quality of school organization. Objectives: Promote the development of European citizenship. • Promote the development of skills, training and motivation of professionals. • Enhancing the development of educational, innovative, inclusive and effective practices for successful student learning. • Promoting collaborative work and improving the school climate. • Promoting active participation in the school's modernization and internationalization process.
The Project presented within the Erasmus+ KA 1 – school education, gave continuity to the European development plan and consolidated the strategy of modernization and internationalization of the Vialonga school cluster, through the involvement of professionals in international mobilities for learning , participating in JobShadowing activities and sctructured training courses in several European countries. This project came to respond to the objectives set out in the educational project that aim to promote the inclusion of all students and improve the quality of educational responses. In order to achieve the objectives of this project, the following focus areas were defined: • European citizenship. • Active learning methodologies • School atmosphere
