The objectives of the project were: - improve the teachers´s level of motivation and self-satisfaction, supplying them with the most adequate tools; - become familiar with management techniques in different European schools to recognize diversified strategies regarding curriculum management and the autonomy process; - provide the sharing of different practices, and the building of a larger net of European contacts as well the partnership work at a transnational level; - promote the European feeling of common identity to enlarge the European citizenship feeling; -improve the quality of the teaching and organisational methods/Techniques; - develop linguistic and project management skills taking into account their transnational proposals;
The Project "Happier Teachers, much better Teaching towards more sucessful students" arised from the need to reinforce school leadreship regarding the changes recently imposed on the schools by the Ministry od Education. The changes contained in the EDP(European Development Plan) focus mostly on the following needs: - skills development for the management of the stress felt by most teachers and which has highly contributed to the teachers physical and psychological exhaustion as much as to their professional disappointment and consequently to the poor fulfillment of the objectives and goals defined in the Educational Projects for the motivation and success of the students; - development of management skills to allow the school boards to implement the compulsory changes expected from them fully; - improvement of the teamwork and the partnership developed between schools, in a transnational perspective to extend it to other European partnerships; - promotion and reinforcement of the internationalization of the CFEBMoita schools and of the Training Center itself as an institution prepared to train and certify ists applicants; - enlargement of the European dimension for the training both of teachers and other professionals; - strengthening of the quality of the work developed be it in the teaching or the organizational areas; - improvement of the linguistic and Project management skills
