The main objectives that were intended to be achieved were: - Capacity building of the school at European/international level, improving internationalisation strategies, specifically: - getting to know other educational systems - increasing leadership that is a key element in the dynamics and motivation of teachers; - Strengthen collaboration with partners from other countries; - Strengthen understanding and responsiveness to social, linguistic and cultural diversity; - valorise foreign languages as a vehicle for global identity and for facilitating access to information and ICT; - Fostering education and lifelong learning at intercultural and intergenerational level.
The school has faced, like many others, major challenges in integrating students of different nationalities and cultures, which puts the onus on us to empower the educational community with tools to better do this integration. The possibility of participating in international projects will be an asset to these challenges. The school is also committed to strengthening its organisational culture by training and validating the competences of its professionals and those directly involved in the teaching/learning process, in order to offer enriched educational environments. To this end, it is essential to foster collaborative work (through peer training) in order to increase teachers' motivation and thus that of students.
