We want to act in the field of Educational Success (Combating failure in education), where we intend to improve the quality of students ' educational success, empowering teachers with innovative strategies in education, which, together with the principles of curricula flexibility, allows the acquisition of skills focused on students. We wanted very motivated teachers. Motivated teachers inspire the best of their students.
We apply for this project because our organisation - Agrupamento de Escolas Rio Arade - considers essencial the need to innovate our pedagogical and organisational methodologies, regarding the optimization of the projects we have already carried out. We wanted the opportunity to develop innovative projects. We have also apply for this project because we want to have motivated teachers.
