With the implementation of this project, AEVE intended to achieve the following objectives: -Develop skills in the integration of migrants -Reduce the success/dropout rate of immigrant students - Allow the exchange of ideas and acquisition of new practices between different institutions, -Acquire differentiated pedagogical practices - Reinforce English skills -Aim for new models of organization. -Reinforce the European sense of belonging -Increase the number of international projects and the number of participants involved.
AEVE has participated in several Erasmus+ projects since 2018, mainly KA102 projects, related to Vocational Education and Training, as well as some of the KA2 type. With the design of the European Development Plan, a set of priority intervention areas has been defined, according to the diagnostic difficulties. This project was born from the need to find strategies that seek to respond to the needs of the Group. As the Erasmus+ Team was already constituted, having been successful in the elaboration of projects of the KA1012 type, it then started to prepare a project of this type, seeking, through the attendance of training programs and observation of good practices, to constitute itself as the most an interaction tool in the intervention strategy in the Group's priority areas. This project aims to contribute to the reduction of AEVE gaps in the first three of these top priority areas. These three areas of intervention, target of the project, result from our responsibility to educate and train conscious citizens and prepare for the new reality we live in: - Integration of immigrant students, - internal organization model, - English language skills. --European citizenship
