The Municipality of Santa Maria da Feira (MSMF), attentive to Erasmus+ financing opportunities for VET, EE and EA and based on the fact that none of the school groups (AE) and professional schools offering VET based in the territory of the SMF municipality has any history in submitting applications for Erasmus+ in the VET sector, challenged the AE and professional school to form a consortium with the municipality. MSMF has experience in consortia in the EE sector and EA, and this is the second VET project. On this occasion, he launched the challenge to AE and schools with secondary level VET, in AE de Arrifana, AE Coelho e Castro, AE Santa Maria da Feira and Escola Profissional de Paços de Brandão. Despite our desire to raise awareness and involve schools in internationalization and common objectives for promoting school success and training human resources for the implementation of new diversified learning methodologies, we also intended to provide students, teachers and employees an international experience with moments of non-formal learning, preparing young people for the job market and participation in civic life.
