Objectives

This project was conceived with a clear objective – to provide young people in initial vocational training with diversified tools to face the world of work with confidence that their performance can be optimized. In a perspective of constant search for improvement and quality of the training provided, it was also intended to obtain added value for teacher trainers from a monitoring activity at the workplace (jobshadowing)/observation in companies in the respective training areas and schools offering similar training courses. In short, it was intended to optimize employability and personal entrepreneurship for both types of participants.
