The needs and areas for improvement identified are related to technical and language skills; motivation for new learning and improvement processes and educational innovation, focusing on cooperation/collaborative work. In order to meet the needs identified and to keep up with the new challenges arising from globalization, sustainability and new technologies, the school cluster has been adopting a set of preventive, interventional and training strategies. One of the strategies outlined in this sense, is to promote the attractiveness and credibility of vocational education and training, through a wide and systematic dissemination of this training offer among the educational community, embodied by monitoring students in the continuation of studies or in their integration into the labor market. The strengthening of internal cohesion, the strong interaction with the community and the commitment of all stakeholders to provide a quality educational service have been success factors in achieving the goals embodied in its guiding documents, including the Educational Project, the Strategic Action Plan, the Annual Activity Plan and the Training Plan.
