When ZENDENSINO proposes to carry out an international project, it is based on well-defined objectives in our school, namely: - Promote the development of our students' 3 skills: know-know, know-how and know-how/know-being. - Improve the educational institution's ability to act at international and European level, improving the perception of European projects and the respective values of the European Union. - Increase labor market insertion rates after mobility by at least 5% annually. - Commit to constant innovation in teaching, focusing on improvements in teaching and combating school failure and dropout. - Encourage a greater spirit of initiative and entrepreneurship and encourage a more active participation of young people in society.
ZENDENSINO, aware that Vocational Education plays a decisive role in building the future of individuals and society, aims to respond to the educational and training needs of young people and their families and the needs and requirements of the region and the general public. Participation in ERASMUS projects is very important for students and teachers because it allows them to get to know the culture and social habits of other EU countries. It allows the exchange of social and cultural experiences and the acquisition of new knowledges. Participation in ERASMUS+ projects is perhaps the only way to provide most of our students and all participants with the development and awareness of European citizenship. ERASMUS+ projects are the great motivation for our students to continue to enjoy the school as a platform for knowledge, European citizenship, the world of work and for a professional future, given that most of students have problems of failure, absenteeism and even early school leaving, which in their global form constitute our most important needs and challenges.
