The analysis was carried out by the School Evaluation Committee (CAE) and the EQAVET team, which found that: - the achievement (course completion rate) was 58% in the year 2016/17, 77.2% in 2017/18 and in the year 2018/19 it was 88%. This figure was far below the institution's objectives and the expectations of the environment; - the dropout rate in the three-year period 2014-17 was 24.36% and the failure rate was 14.74%. The number of students who failed to complete their course was 39.1%. In the 2016-19 triennium, the dropout rate was 18% and the failure rate was 11.61%. The students of this triennium who failed to complete the course will have been 29.61%. - Employability for the 2014-17 training cycle was 83.16% employed and 8.42% in further studies. The employability in the training area was very problematic, only 14.86% of the graduates were working in their training area. The results were the starting point for the School's guiding documents and consequently for the application for this project.
