The implementation of this project is aimed at vocational education and training students, whether those who directly participate in the activities or all those who attend this type of education. Therefore, we intend to promote the development of professional skills that mobility in the form of internships provides to participants, by allowing them to develop and improve specific professional skills related to their field of study. Furthermore, international practical experience offers to the students the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in real work environments, enriching their practical understanding of their area of study. On the other hand, we want personal and cultural growth to contribute to the personal elevation of participants, promoting adaptability, cultural tolerance, and the expansion of their global perspective through the construction of international networking with contacts that may reveal future opportunities for participants. trainees and the institution. We also hope to improve the language skills of our graduates and increase employability prospects through employers' appreciation of international experiences.
The school's educational project foresees an internationalization plan that places us in the ERASMUS+ school network and allows us to collaborate with a group of partners to promote the development of the school project's axes: quality school for all; innovative educational environments; education for a more active and responsible citizenship. We believe that a project of this nature is an added value to operationalize many of the objectives that put the axes we propose on the ground. In addition to promoting cultural diversity, this project serving the internationalization plan is perfectly aligned with the institution's global vision. On the other hand, we consider experience with a previous project and the verification of the reputation of partner organizations in this matter to be predominant, as well as the recommendations of participants in that experience.
