With the implementation of this project, we seek to promote the international dimension of the AEA, always guided by principles such as inclusion, tolerance and respect for multiculturalism. The development of international actions in the context of this project will allow students to reconcile the technical skills acquired during school training and those developed during mobility. Regarding teachers, this project will give the opportunity to refresh technical skills and later put them at the service of students, through the possible change of pedagogical practices using more innovative practices. With regard to the organization as a whole, we intend to improve the image of AEA and improve the quality of teaching. Objectives - Promote and support participating students and teachers in developing their personal and professional skills in a transnational context; - Improve English language proficiency by 20%, raising participants' awareness of English issues interculturality and multilingualism, simultaneously promoting equity, social cohesion and active citizenship; - Promote the internationalization process of the group, expanding the international partner network by at least 25%
Since Anadia Cluster of Schools is an organizational unit, equipped with its own administration and management bodies, made up of educational establishments covering all levels, with a common pedagogical project, we intended to reinforce strategies aimed at: a) Provide a sequential and articulated path for students in order to encourage an adequate transition between levels and cycles of education; b) Prevent social and educational exclusion; c) Strengthen the capacity of the education and teaching establishments that comprise it and carry out rational management of resources; d) Guarantee the functioning of a regime of autonomy, administration and management. The need for internationalization processes and the path outlined for the AEA are reflected in the educational project, namely in the Vision of: “Affirmation as an inclusive school, providing excellent services, contributing to the comprehensive training of conscious young people, with solid scientific and cultural training, carrying values, aiming at the student's citizenship formation.
