When submitting this application, the ADA owned two professional schools, the Escola Profissional de Montemor-o-Velho and the Escola Profissional Agrícola Afonso Duarte, in whose name this application was submitted. In September 2020, the two schools merged, and the new name is Baixo Mondego Professional and Rural Development School (EPDRBM). As a result of this merger, we decided that all students from different courses should have the opportunity to carry out their mobility. The ADA/EPDRBM intends those activities in different modalities are recognized as an opportunity for growth and learning that is increasingly available to all, without discrimination, for lifelong learning and for personal and professional fulfillment. We want the impact to go beyond the training and qualification of human resources, the high employability and recognition in the professionals trained by us, the increase in schooling levels, the reduction of regional unemployment, the creation of work networks and regional, national, and international exchanges. international standards. In this way, we also expect impacts such as the promotion of a culture of support for the initiative with new projects, productions, companies, techniques, and networks; incentives for new generations, new leaders, and new entrepreneurs; and, valuing education and professional training through the promotion of partnerships between companies, training operators, research organizations and social partners.
