The MOVE 2020 project continues the previous mobility programs, extending the offer to other people and collaborating with other host, industrial and education and vocational training entities. It is part of a mix of interventions that cannot be dissociated, contributing to: - Developing personal and professional skills for internationalization in all trainees, contributing to better adaptation and insertion in the national and/or European job market, including skills in a foreign language. - Increase the self-esteem and intercultural awareness of the European project and values of young people, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds or with fewer opportunities, promoting mobility as an option for entering the job market. - To learn about and share good practices in vocational training in order to increase the quality of the training provided and the efficiency of management through the use of new methodologies and processes. - Developing international cooperation networks, and promoting new partnerships in areas of interest to ATEC in order to develop mechanisms that allow for greater efficiency in responding to the needs of the market in general and industry in particular.
The results of previous mobility projects in which a number of ATEC trainees, trainers and staff have had the opportunity to experience training at internationally renowned and leading organizations outside Portugal, clearly and unequivocally demonstrate the advantages that this type of activity has for its participants and for others who indirectly benefit from its results, including ATEC itself.
