Our project aimed to achieve the following objectives: - Adapt the technical, scientific, personal and social skills of each professional profile to the needs and expectations of the labor market, in a prospective approach, through the definition of an EPGE profile; - Develop in students personal, social and professional skills suited to the challenges of modernity, enhancing their employability and integration; - Strengthen relations with the business community, bringing EPGE's actions closer to their needs and expectations, including the vision of international companies; - Strengthen the international dimension of EPGE, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, excellence and institutional innovation through internationalization.
The "EPGE ID: a boarding pass for success" project had a double intention from the outset: to consolidate the internationalization strategy of our community, deepening bilateral relations with entities and companies abroad, and, on the other hand, to provide response to the need arising from the process of reviewing national regulations relating to professional education, defining the profile of the EPGE student in its various dimensions. The ERASMUS+ Program was an opportunity to respond to this challenge, allowing us to develop a more innovative and comprehensive vision on this subject, enabling us to act transnationally.
