Objectives

The implementation of this project sought above all to increase the transversal skills of our AE staff, in order to achieve one of our main objectives: increasing the participation of the adult population in Lifelong Learning activities, ensuring training offers that correspond to their real needs, as well as methodologies capable of keeping the public in constant connection with EPATV and AE. Therefore, we sought to anticipate the challenges posed by a society in constant and rapid change, preparing and providing our employees with the necessary tools to promote, within our organization, a positive change, especially in the work carried out with our target audience, either through the RVCC process, FMC (certified modular training) or EFA (Adult Education and Training) courses. Furthermore, we wanted to develop strategies to increasingly involve employers in this need to motivate workers in LLL.

Background

International cooperation projects, whether strategic partnerships or mobility, are an excellent opportunity to promote a positive change that EPATV has been wanting to implement in its educational and institutional project. This project was designed to provide our staff with the possibility of improving their transversal skills, wanting to anticipate challenges and looking for solutions that would allow us to be better able to deal with the realities of each and every one. More than seeking to solve problems, EPATV positions itself at the forefront, wanting to anticipate challenges - considering the rapid changes that the economy, the market, the war in Europe, the refugee crisis, social media and the pandemic period have brought to the our daily lives - looking for solutions that allow us to be better able to deal with the realities of each and every one. We want our professionals to learn about Adult Education in other countries, learn from practice and experience in other educational structures and traditions, in order to reflect on their own work and develop new ideas to implement in our institution.
