It is in the Adult Education offer that we want to make a difference and improve. In an education sector where absenteeism and school dropout (the main problem identified) are a worrying reality, we feel the need to seek innovative and adjusted solutions to mitigate this situation. With this project, we intend, through the selected training, to achieve the following objectives: - improve the skills of professionals to respond to the individual needs of trainees; - to promote innovative pedagogical practices, with quality and adapted to adult training; - integrate the management and directions of the consortium entities; - develop the capacity and international dimension of schools; - increase motivation and satisfaction; - expand knowledge about other cultural and educational realities - decrease the rate of absenteeism and dropout - motivate trainers and trainees
The project's coordinating institution signed up for it following the participation, as a member of a consortium, in another Erasmus+ project in the Municipality of Loures, of which the School Group is a part. With the previous participation, our entity identified new needs in the field of adult education and formed a consortium of 3 schools in the municipality with the same objectives.
