Background

This project, focusing on AGML's QC and Adult Education (AE) teams, was the result of analysing the need for these professionals to get to grips with new methodologies/strategies that could enable them to better contribute to raising the qualification levels of the adult population. As in the PEDE, AGML's educational project considers European cooperation and mobility to be a means of achieving the quality and excellence desired in education, through the implementation of internationalisation processes and the enhancement of the European dimension of education. Within this framework, it was considered that training experiences abroad would improve the performance of the participants, enabling them to introduce new practices, both methodologically and strategically, which would boost the qualification of the adult population. It was also hoped that in the process the participants would improve their English language skills. Finally, it was hoped that contact with new approaches would contribute to increasing the personal motivation and satisfaction of these professionals, strengthening the performance profile of the AE team with an impact on the contracted results.
