We want to improve our professional and personal skills, learn about good practices, new cultures, new methodologies, the functioning of societies, languages, people and institutions linked to adult education and training.
We apply for this program because we diagnose a high number of adults without qualifications in our region with a history of early dropouts in their school careers and we want and need to improve our skills in the areas of marketing, class methods/sessions with adults.
