Objectives

Identified the weaknesses of the system, this project was intended to stimulate the development of the digital skills of the Qualifica Center’ team, having in mind not only the European scenario, but also the training of our candidates. Thus, the project was based on two essential areas: the introduction of innovative practices at the digital level and the internationalization of the service. In practice, we were aiming for: - Provide the team with new digital skills, resulting in new pedagogical practices; - Having contact with multicultural contexts, where our employees could achieve and develop other skills; - Promoting a quality service, through methodological and pedagogical innovations; - Provide the community with digital skills, through various actions; - Reinforce the service's internationalization strategy by participating in new contexts and acquiring digital skills. Although ambitious, the project was carefully delineated and initially conceived for one year, since it was the first project in the area, with the aim of identifying and exploring opportunities.

Background

Cooptécnica Gustave Eiffel CRL dedicates itself to professional training since 1989, with a commitment to the valuation and qualification of young people and adults to whom we work, using a logic of proximity. The opportunity to participate in the Erasmus+ program was presented in 2016, and was seen as an opportunity for organizational development and a means to achieve institutional success. The “Click and Certify” Project arose from the need to reinforce the mission of Qualifica Cooptécnica Gustave Eiffel CRL, a service dedicated to the valuation and qualification of adults, to upgrade candidates and promote their internationalization. The designation of this project echoes the recognized internal fragilities, specifically the weak digital skills of the team, resulting of the use of instruments and methodologies not very appealing and dynamic. In an effort to improve results and the quality of the service, thus develops this project and it is included in our plan of action. The project was therefore created based on a strategy to improve resources, through the research of instruments, tools and processes in an international context and, at the same time, based on improving the quality of RVCC processes, in order to achieve the main objective: the increase in the qualification of the population.
