Through implementing the project “Cooperate, Guide and Innovate: for the inclusion and qualification of adults with low qualifications,” we aim to reach objectives in 4 main fields of action: - Quality and Efficiency in Erasmus+ Project Management To increase partnerships and European cooperation Improve the quality, success and effectiveness of Erasmus+ projects To know good practices in adult education - Modern technologies applied to Adult Education Implement new ICT tools and digital technologies in teaching/learning activities - Lifelong Vocational Orientation (LVO) and Employability Evaluate and develop trainers and technicians at LVO level and promote employability. - Social Inclusion and Non-Formal Education Promoting low qualification immigrants and adults’ inclusion Apply new non-formal training methodologies and techniques in different contexts (formal and non-formal) as a mean for inclusion; Know good practices and successful inclusive approaches. Learn tools to help create bonds, so that everyone feels included, as well as mediation and negotiation tools, for the inclusion of people with less opportunities.
Investing in the European dimension of Barafunda Association is an objective for which we have been working since 2017. With some experience acquired over the years in the field of European mobility, 2017 was the year of (re)starting this learning process – through action, initially through participation in projects, as a partner organization, with more experienced entities in the field of planning, implementation and evaluation of European projects and, 2020 was the year we challenged ourselves to invest in the realization of ERASMUS+ projects, as a promoter. With the project "Cooperate, Guide and Innovate: for the inclusion and qualification of adults with low qualifications" was aim to focus on specific action vectors, with direct impacts on our trainers and, trough them, in adults in training activities, organization and community , specifically at the level of: - European Dimension and International Partnerships Establishment - Cultural Diversity and Social Inclusion - Motivate less qualified adults for formal training activities - Development of new pedagogical practices and methods - Lifelong Vocational Orientation (LVO)-anticipating, managing and facilitating transitions between school - labor market – training activities
