The European Development Plan and the objectives included in the specificity of the Erasmus+ Programme, are articulated with the School's Educational Project and intend to reinforce the level of essential abilities and skills of the students, adapting them to those required by the labor market, as well as contributing to greater social cohesion, lower dropout rates, increase completion rates and employability, which implies effective use of new technologies, constant updating of curricula and an evaluative component based on skills. At the same time, purposes of strengthening citizenship and language skills are challenges that we intend to achieve. It was also a goal for Teachers and Staff, together with partners, to improve efficiency and provide the public with a more effective service, enriching them with new readings of the teaching-learning process, as well as identifying innovative strategies with recognized effectiveness, enhancing opportunities for improvement in functions that would certainly contribute to a more efficient management and school organization culture.
We have never lived in an era where the performance space was so uncharacteristic. Reality points to the fact that the space where we work, where we socialize, where we fulfill ourselves personally and professionally is no longer the one where we begin the course of our lives, but rather a set of territorially diversified places. In this sense that the world has changed, VET Schools quickly reoriented their projects. There is a realization of the need to review the way of acting. This scope of content, the need for robustness in mastering languages and the ability to recognize the space of people who think, act and share different interests or experiences has become one of the multiple skills that schools must foster. Hence, Mobilities are not only a premonition that learning recognizes this need, but also allow students, regardless of their financial difficulty or social integration, to embrace an understanding of the world and, in particular, of the European spirit, which otherwise it would be difficult. Profitecla values actions that allow the creation of capabilities to understand, act and decide, in a pluralistic, sustainable and solidary world. And this is what Erasmus+ offers.
