This project aimed to improve the level of competences and skills essential for the labour market, by proximity to social and professional realities of the EU, promoting self-esteem, valuing lifelong learning, training critical, reflective and entrepreneurial citizens, leading them to acquire a taste for learning by combating school dropout and facilitating their insertion in the labour market.
APEPO – Associação Para O Ensino Profissional Do Oeste is the owner of the Escola Técnica Empresarial do Oeste (ETEO), whose purpose is the development of cultural, scientific, technological and pedagogical activities in the field of vocational education/training. Since 1990, ETEO has been teaching courses in very diverse areas, enhancing and encouraging knowledge and innovation and deepening the internationalization and modernization of the school. The project "European Opportunities for All", implemented between December 2020 and June 2023, aimed to provide all elements of the educational community with an opportunity to deepen the knowledge and skills necessary for integration into the labor marketand and integration and democratic participation in societies, preventing phenomena of violent radicalization, this was an inclusive project that involved young people from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds and / or with special educational needs.
