Objectives

With this project we wanted to contribute for the educational transformation of INETE, initiated in 2017, in order to create a humanistic, technological, and innovative school, preparing students for the challenges of the 21st century. We promoted the development of updated professional skills with an impact on students' internships, Professional Aptitude Projects, and their integration in the job market. With a broadened perspective, studentsnd a teachers develop a better understanding of the world around them, an appreciation for other cultures and a better understanding of their role in society and at school or in the labour market. We also wished to provide a unique opportunity for personal growth, by developing independence and adaptability, which leads to improve self-confidence and self-awareness. We also wished to promote equity and equal opportunities for our students, giving opportunities to students with educational difficulties or economic obstacle (including students with low income). To conclude, we wanted to reach aims linked to students and to teachers/trainer (support the professional development of those who work in education).

Background

This project intends to provide learning opportunities to our students and teachers and to support the internationalisation of our school. We also applied for this project as a means to reach the goals defined in the school's ERAMUS PLAN. Students and teachers/trainers mobilities are essential to implement our Educational Project and to achieve our goals. It started in 2021 and finished in 2023, which means it allowed students and teachers to recover from the pandemic lockdown. We really wanted to give our teachers and students a broad perspective, transcending national boundaries, and improve their cultural, linguistic and professional skills. This project challenged them to think beyond their borders.
