Background

EPROMAT, as a vocational School, aims to allow students and staff (teaching and non-teaching) to improve and acquire new skills and knowledge to broaden their horizons at a personal, cultural and professional level. Regarding students, EPROMAT aims to: - Integrate students in a real work context and company activities. - Allow the practical application of theoretical knowledge to the practice of professional activity. - Allow the consolidation of learning contents acquired during the 3 years of the course. - Develop critical thinking, a sense of responsibility, cooperation, and autonomy in the execution of tasks. - Stimulate creativity in problem-solving. For staff (teaching and non-teaching), we aim not only to increase the degree of satisfaction and motivation, enable the expansion of knowledge and professional experiences to transmit to our students other ways of performing tasks and new learning approaches, which can be used both personally and professionally in a near future.
