It doesn't matter in which country we live in, we cannot remain indifferent to changes and problems in the world. There is no language, religion, or race in human psychology. Stress, anger, hatred, happiness are the human feelings we all have, which affect our quality of life. That is to say, a person who gets angry very easily and overreacts to problems, will cause themselves stress and their relations with people will be affected as well. Even worse, they would even lead themselves to a crime. Most crimes also occur, at least partly, as a result of stress. There are many authoritative comments, and studies on record, which attest to this fact. People commit crime because of greed, revenge, anger, jealousy and pride. These feelings may prompt crime, but other things may have caused the negative feelings beforehand. These earlier negative feelings can be a precursor to crime and are usually due to some type of psychosocial stress. This topic attracts the attention of our club members and was always discussed in our meetings. The criminals say sometimes they have learned to control anger in prison, but we had an idea that this issue should be talked about more on an international level. In our interviews with the experts, the most basic factor that would reduce the crimes committed angrily is that the individuals in the society have ways of coping with stress and anger control training. We wanted to carry out this project with the intention of reaching a more peaceful society by raising public awareness and consciousness. We specified our objectives as following: -Identifying and differing stress and anger, to recognize the signals of both -Helping our target audience by discovering the reasons and effects of stress on behaviors -Our target groups and participants received comprehensive knowledge to control stress in their lives, started to perceive their personal potential -Making people aware of the chance of avoiding emotional, cognitive and behavioral problems due to deficiencies in controlling anger -Providing the short and long term methods and the competences that our project participants and our target audience can use to deal with stress. -Disseminating the exercise on how to communicate in stressed environments -Making more people aware of how the development of problem solving skills can positively affect our anger control -Making awareness of the fact that improving self-esteem and self-respect has effects on stress management. -Becoming able to practice theoretical issues with brainstorming in different subjects and to increase the memorability of education. -Helping to ensure peaceful and healthy societies -Supporting the reduction of criminals caused by the uncontrolled anger -Encouraging the young people of Europe to raise awareness on this issue and to undertake studies to support the dissemination of stress management and anger control training in their societies.
