We are a public educational institution enrolling children from 6 to 15 years old. In our school, 710 children with different challenges are enrolled: parents working abroad (56 pupils, including 13 single-parent families), remigrants (20), children from poor families (200), children with special educational needs, with various disabilities-23 (autism, ADHD, mental deficiency). We are concerned about the level of social and emotional problems of these categories of children, that is why we are constantly looking for new opportunities to increase their chances of adequate social inclusion. We collaborate with specialists who work in our school: psychologist, support teacher, speech therapist. We are an inclusive school for students with disabilities. Our school faces a problem in working with students with disabilities. Despite the projects we have carried out so far (Comenius, etc.) we need to improve our approach to increase inclusion. Although we have a support teacher, he/she cannot manage all the pupils simultaneously during lessons. The CIEL project that we were only able to run through the Erasmus+ programme has helped our institution to increase inclusion.
