Through the implementation of this project, our school's concerns are to meet the requirements regarding European quality standards, to attract a large number of students, from kindergarten, primary and secondary school, reducing the migration of students to other schools or early school leaving; ensuring the quality of educational services, by developing the professional competences of teaching staff, for reaching European performance standards; the development of the school's capacity to offer educational programs in Europe, through which we promote to our students equal opportunities for training and development of their personality, the necessary preparation for capitalizing on their full potential; by using modern didactic strategies, let's develop a European, friendly school, a place as attractive as possible for children, where they can learn with pleasure.
The main activity of our institution is education in all its forms. At the level of the institution, we develop educational partnerships with local institutions and over time we have been involved in several support and counseling projects, educational support projects for students at risk of early school leaving and their parents. Lack of motivation and dropping out of school are problems faced by teachers who teach several classes of students. Our school's long-term goal is an educated and trained graduate, capable of quick professional and social insertion, with a great power of adaptation and flexibility to the changes imposed by a dynamic society, the elimination of absenteeism and school dropout. The "European Competencies for a Modern Education" project started from the school's identified need to develop teachers' competencies and acquire innovative methods, to increase the quality of the didactic act, student motivation, attract a large number of students and prevent school dropout.
