By implementing this project, we wanted to achieve the following objectives: 1. the development of the level of knowledge in ICT field of the 8 teachers who participated in the mobilities, but also among the teachers that were present at the dissemination activities; 2. the achievement of the ability to integrate ICT tools efficiently in teaching-learning activities in order to improve students' school results and reduce school early leaving; 3. the creation of a positive attitude towards new technologies that can be used during teaching activities.
We applied for this project, because it was an opportunity that came as an answer to the needs of our institution and teachers, needs that we identified by means of the SWOT analysis that was the starting point for our Plan for institutional development. Among these needs there are: 1. The need of improvement of professional competences for our teachers, by means of new methods, tools and ways of teaching-learning activities; 2. The need of organizing teaching-learning activities more appropriate to students' needs and competences; 3. The need of improvement in what concerns students' results in order to reduce school early leaving; 4. The need of adopting new pedagogies based on projects and cooperation between teachers, students and parents; 5. The need of integrating the European dimension in the national curriculum.
