Background

In order to fulfill the objectives of the PDE and PDI, to ensure equal opportunities for all students to quality education and to achieve school success, to facilitate the work of teachers with students who form heterogeneous classes, the need for teaching staff training to learn the methods practiced in EU schools was identified successfully. By carrying out this project, we proposed the training for 2 years of 15 college teachers in order to improve the long-term skills of implementing and promoting actions aimed at a quality education. They have acquired managerial skills at the European level, so as to create an active but also relaxing learning environment, to develop creativity through the use of critical thinking, to apply student-centered methods using the "flipped classroom" working technique of formative and summative assessment methods. Through the teachers' participation in the training courses funded by Erasmus+ KA1, the quality of education was ensured, the continuous training of the teaching staff, the emphasis on the European dimension, the qualification level of the teaching staff was improved, the needs identified at the college level were met and the result was the elimination of weak points.
