The main activities of the project consisted of the 4 training streams in a European country, in which 9 teachers participated. They have acquired competences detailed in the Europass certificate. Each flow was followed by dissemination activities, which they reproduced in a dissemination plan containing: the activity, the target group, the dissemination objectives, expected results, achievement indicators (impact), methods and means used, responsible, location , the estimated period. The beneficiaries participated both in the dissemination activities established by the project team (partnerships, SUMMER SCHOOL program), as well as individually (articles in specialized magazines, symposia, pedagogical circles, communications in the local press, eTwinning projects, creation and management of websites of the project). The project team constantly monitored the dissemination activities and evaluated these activities through systematic observations.
The need to write this project appeared after the SWOT analyzes and on the didactic activity in our school unit. It was found that there is an increasing number of students from disadvantaged backgrounds, students with SEN, students from single-parent families. This fact is due to the demographic movements, the location of the emergency placement center Olt, in our vicinity; the family foster homes are also in our neighborhood - a suburb of the city. Teaching staff were not prepared to face this situation; they carried out various activities in partnership with institutions from the local community, but it turned out to be insufficient. The various training courses attended by our staff did not respond to the need to develop the teachers' skills to integrate children from disadvantaged backgrounds in school and extracurricular activities.
