O2 - 10% reduction in the number of students at risk of abandonment to ensure the quality of technical education by 2022. O3 - developing the school-family partnership by increasing by 20% the parents involved in workshops to support the children in continuing their studies in the next 2 years. O4- deepening communication and cooperation in the institution, mutual knowledge, self-knowledge, development of social, civic and intercultural competences, by participating in European programs.

Background

We applied for this project because after the needs analysis I found that there are a small number of teachers who use modern learning methods, student-centered because of the professional routine of the senior teachers, the ignorance of the use of media and the small number of extracurricular activities. These lead to unattractive and boring lessons for students, poor school results in exams, failure to attend classes, decrease in the number of students and failure to carry out the tuition plan.
