O1 - Developing the skills of the teaching staff participating in the project (6 teachers), regarding the application of non-formal education activities and techniques, creative intercultural strategies, to face the challenges of inclusion, taking into account the challenges of diversity and the transformation of the class as a group into - a team by using informal group dynamics O2 - The realization, by the 6 teaching staff participating in the project, of a teaching assistant approved by ISJ Dolj, which includes the best practices, methods and tools regarding the successful inclusive approach O3 - Capitalizing on the skills acquired during the training course, during a workshop, organized over 2 workshops, with 80 preschoolers and their parents from P.P. "Traian Demetrescu" Kindergarten, from Craiova as the target group, 30 teaching staff from our unit and from partner school units, promoting the importance of professional training courses with international participation
In the integration of children with SEN in our kindergarten, the teaching staff encountered numerous challenges such as: hyperactivity, oppositionism, inattention, aggression, impulsivity, disorders from the autistic spectrum, delays in language development, conduct disorders. This project was generated by the need of the teaching staff in our institution TO LEARN ways of working with children with SEN in order to ensure AN INTEGRATIVE climate in our unit by involving all the people involved in the educational act: teaching staff, parents, various specialists.
