The objectives generated by the identified needs aim at: O1: CROSS-CURRICULAR IMPLEMENTATION OF A SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL EDUCATION by developing the communication skills of teachers; O2: INTEGRATION OF DIGITAL COMPETENCES IN TEACHING AND MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY; O3: INVOLVE A GREATER TEACHER IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF EUROPEAN PROJECTS by developing communication and digital skills; We have considered the social and personal development, a fundamental aspect of the complete education of the child which essentially aims at the development of life skills. We also aim to pass on to our students that knowledge in the digital field that will ensure their social and professional integration, but also to develop their critical thinking and ability to interact in a positive and competent way in the digital environment for dealing with harmful online content or cyberbullying. Last but not least, we set out to train new staff capable of coordinating European-funded projects as well as attracting the majority of colleagues in the implementation activities, the number of projects carried out generating this institutional need.
In the current context of creating diversified and attractive learning opportunities by the European Commission's educational programs, we have maintained a constant effort towards internationalization by carrying out mobility and cooperation projects between schools, which is an essential component of the institutional development strategy. of our school. NEEDS / PRIORITIES of the educational policy of the Măgura Commune Gymnasium School in terms of quality development and internationalization, which we set out to cover by implementing this project refers to: - DEVELOPING THE COMMUNICATION SKILLS OF TEACHERS; - DEVELOPING INDIVIDUAL MANAGEMENT SKILLS OF EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS; - DEVELOPING DIGITAL SKILLS Based on the identified needs, the development directions of the teachers' competencies can be defined and they belong to the communication, digital and management spheres, in order to be put in the service of ENCOURAGING INCLUSION AND ENHANCING THE EUROPEAN DIMENSION. The European Development Plan includes two main activities through which eight teachers will participate in training courses, the topic and activities of which meet the identified needs.
