By implementing this project,taking into account the horizontal priorities at European level of the Erasmus+ programme, we intended to achieve: -the development of teachers`competencies in order to prevent bad behaviours and learning efficient working techniques with problem students,as well as to prevent other unwanted situations; -the improvement of communication skills,critical thinking,collaboration,relationships between the school staff and pupils and their families; -the development of assertive communication competencies,parenting,empathic abilities of teachers; - familiarization with and practice of coaching techniques by teachers; -knowledge and design of a safe and positive environment to lead to an increase of both students` and teachers` motivation for learning and getting excellent results; -practice of the multicultural dialogue and development of a partner network related to the project`s topics; -exchange of positive examples among partner institutions,between beneficiary and supplier,but also among participants at the courses from all European countries. All these objectives are designed to fulfill the main goal of the project, to create a safe school and to significantly decrease numbers negative cases.
Our school applied for this project in order to answer its needs regarding a safe and motivating environment for the community by lifelong learning programmes for the staff on topics such as lack of discipline, bullying, decrease of school results of the students, increase of the rate of missing school,poor relationships between teachers and pupils. The competencies acquired after attending the courses help with activities and materials useful for pupils,teachers,parents and other interested parties,in order to learn, apply and improve the quality and value of education. Using instruments and strategies and organising activities as results we create a school environment in which students can prepare both intelectually and practically to achieve the standards aimed at by European and national requirements. Also, taking part in mobilities helps consolidate the European dimension of our school by collaboration relations and partnerships between institutions. The project focused on developing competencies of teachers, practicing the English language, multicultural dialogue and establishing European partnerships. The project fully responded to the proposed objectives, the priorities of the school's PDE.
