Background

At the school level there is a great vulnerability in terms of school dropout and social exclusion, because we have many Roma students (40% of them are declared and undeclared Roma), and 4% of students do not have identity documents, their parents being illiterate and they did not take the necessary steps to obtain them. Cezar Nicolau Technological High School, Branesti no longer benefited from funding on KA101, responding through this project to the ANPCDEFP 2019 Objectives, cf. the National Appeal 2019, the national priority of "encouraging the participation of institutions that no longer benefited from funding". Therefore, at the institutional level, we identified in EDP the need to use among the teaching staff the knowledge and skills already accumulated, but which seem to lack personal or organizational ease in the more relevant involvement in educational activities and combating abandonment. early school years.
