The implementation was determined by the needs of the school and the desire to develop it from European perspective.Our institution aimed training teachers in order to use new approaches in the didactic act involving differentiated treatment. It also improved: the counselling activity with the family and the student, the involvement of all students in an educational process based on equity and the valorization of each, the application of a new management strategy in relation to all beneficiaries, in order to create a positive school environment, the involvement of parents in the pre-schooler’s life in order to adapt more easily.We aimed the three objectives: O1.Developing skills of designing and implementing efficient strategies used in the differential work with students, for 60% of the teachers, by the end of the project; O2.Developing management skills, for 5 members, through the piloting of some techniques used in order to make the counselling activity more efficient and to create a favorable learning environment, in the first year of the project; O3.Developing skills in order to find efficient family engagement strategies in early education, for 60% of the preschool teachers in the institution, by the end of the project.
The analysis of the needs in our institution, highlighted the lack of skills of 60% of the teachers regarding the implementation of effective counselling strategies for students and parents at all levels of education: preschool, primary, secondary. In this context, the school sought to train teachers in order to implement online tools and differentiated treatment, which would favour the inclusion of children of all levels, to develop an institutional strategy to make the counselling activity with students and parents more efficient, to facilitate well-being, to train parents in activities and to raise awareness of the importance of early education for the harmonious development of the child's personality. The project aimed to optimize the teacher-student-parent relationship at the level of our institution, by developing the competencies of educators, teachers, in order to apply management strategies, effective methods of advising parents and treating students according to their needs, in order to grow students’ learning motivation from preschool age, in the period September 1, 2020 - August 31, 2022.
