A good professional training leads to the improvement of the educational process`quality, even more in case of the special/special integrated education. Thus, the motivation of the application for this project was at first the need for the improvement of the teaching staff in the unit, which until this moment was only achieved by obtaining teaching degrees and by participating in the training courses provided by CCD Teleorman. If when writing this project, we hoped that acquisition of attractive methods aimed at the involvement of staff and students in international cooperation activities represented opportunities that can contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of education and training, but also the possibility of bringing new models of pedagogical therapy in working with children with SEN, now, at the end of the project, we can say that this is possible. The mobility participants have returned more confident in their strengths and armed with new work techniques that were presented as demonstration activities for other teachers, applied in the classroom in working with students but also in workshops, transfer of practices learned with colleagues from the school or from other schools in the city and county.
