The enabling of 4 teachers. and school staff., by participating in courses and internships. in EU countries, to build, promote and implement international activities, with the aim of increasing the inclusive and integrative dimension of our school; Acquiring of 8 teachers, by participating in courses and internships. in EU countries, of operational analysis and action models in concrete educational contexts, for the practical application of inclusive education principles within the educational approach, in different educational processes and contexts; Training the skills of identification, design and application of the most appropriate teaching techniques in the organization of the inclusive educational process by teachers and auxiliary school staff to increase the use of modern methods and new technologies and develop the social, civic, diversity, safety and well-being skills, through the participation of 8 teachers and auxiliary school staff. at training courses and internships in EU countries; Development of transversal competences of the school teachers for the implementation in the classrooms of common values, of multiculturalism in the inclusive educational environment, through the participation of 4 teachers at courses.
I applied for this project starting from the motto for the European development plan of our school "Just in time-project for a European school", understanding by this that a teacher with European experience can educate any student who can integrate anywhere in the European space. Also, we applied for this project to continue and complete the approach of revitalizing the educational-instructional process in the school, focusing on strengthening the weak points from the SWOT analysis carried out, in order to obtain feasible results, in parallel with the promotion of well-being and the use efficient use of school resources, including the digital environment. I applied for this project in the context of the National Pedagogical College "Carmen Sylva" Timisoara entering its second century of existence with education in the Romanian language, correlating with the opportunity to finance this project through the Erasmus plus program, for the resettlement of the school on European values, the development of a culture of success based on performance, work, talent, honesty and integrity, the personal and professional development of the teaching and auxiliary teaching staff in our school in correlation with professional standards and skills.
